This includes but is not limited to when you: communicate with our digital nurse Florence via text, access our public website using an internet browser or mobile device, or use any other Company application.

We collect information from Customers, who are health professionals, as well as from Patients or Consumers who use our application Florence, for the purpose of providing our Services. All information that we collect may identify you, such as your name, phone number, and email address, and is considered personal information.
Please note that as a Consumer or Patient user of Florence, you can opt out of the Services at any time.

Professional users of Florence provide personal information to identify you when you log in to your account; this allows us to provide you with our Services.
Consumer or Patient users of Florence send and receive information for the purpose of self-care; this allows us to communicate with you via text messaging to improve and/or maintain your health and supplement your health care.
Visitors of our public website may provide information for the purpose of learning about our Services; this enables us to contact you to respond to client inquiries and requests or to learn more about Florence, and to improve our content and the site or service.
We may also use de-identified and aggregated data for research and analysis purposes.

- with third party vendors (e.g. cloud hosting services), consultants, and other service providers who work for us and need access to your personal information to do that work

We do not disclose, sell, or share any personal information to third parties for any business or commercial purpose. Generated Health (US), Inc. will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
