We are very excited to announce that Florence is amongst the finalists for this year’s BMJ Digital Innovation Team of the Year, supporting the University hospital of North Midlands with their ‘Smart with your Heart’ project, with the aim of reducing the readmission of patients with chronic long-term heart failure through community-based clinical interventions and remote support, to better self-manage their condition post-discharge.
Just to be nominated by the British Medical Journal https://www.bmj.com/ is an honour and demonstrates the importance Generated Health places on developing robust clinical evidence. The BMJ Awards ceremony takes place on Wednesday 29th September 2021.
